You can easily update your reservation by following these tips:
Create a “Member” Account: By entering an email and password, you’ll receive a confirmation email of your purchase. This allows you to change the date and time or cancel a movie easily.
Step 1-a (From the Website): Click the 3 stacked lines (menu icon) at the top right. After the dropdown, look for “Purchases.” This will show all movies purchased and prompt you to revise your reservation.

After the dropdown, look for “Purchases.” This will show all movies purchased and prompt you to revise your reservation.For Non-members: If you’ve purchased a ticket and need to make a change, please click on the top circle/person icon. A menu will appear; click “Purchases,” and it should say “Refund” below the ticket.
Step 2-a: If the “Refund” button is not present, it will ask you to sign in and create a password. After you complete that, it will send a confirmation email, allowing you to go back in and revise your ticket.

Refunds for Tickets Purchased on StadiumCinemas.com or in the Stadium Cinemas App
Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, You have up to 1 hour before the movei starts. If your showtime has not passed, to refund StadiumCinemas.com ticket purchases online (minus the online fee)
Refunds may take up to 3-7 business days to reflect on your bank account. Refunds conducted on the same date of the transaction will be voided and the original “pending” charge will fall off the applicable account in up to 3-7 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges at the Theatre’s Box Office
Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the theatre’s box office any time up to 1 hour before the showtime. To exchange stadiumcinemas.com ticket purchases at the theater, the credit card used in the purchase must be presented at the box office.
To refund Stadiumcinemas.com ticket purchases at the theater (minus the online fee), the confirmation number and credit card or gift card used in the online purchase must be presented at the box office to process a refund. Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable.
