Refund Policy

Online Purchases (StadiumCinemas.com or Stadium Cinemas App)

You can request a refund or make changes up to 1 hour before showtime.Once the showtime has passed, tickets are non-refundable.If a refund is issued, you'll receive the ticket price and taxes (minus the online credit card processing fee).Refunds may take 1–7 business days to reflect in your account.Refunds processed on the same day of purchase are usually voided, and the original pending charge will drop off in 1–7 business days.

Box Office Refunds and Exchanges

Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the theater box office up to 1 hour before show times to process an online ticket refund at the box office, bring your:Confirmation numberCredit card or gift card used for the purchaseThe credit card used must be presented for any exchanges.Once showtime has passed, tickets are non-refundable.Same refund timing rules (1–7 business days) apply.

If a Show is Cancelled

If we cancel a show, you'll receive a

full refund including any service fees.

How to Request a Refund Online

On Desktop Website

Go to the "Featured Movies" section Click the three stacked lines (menu) in the top left of the red section.Scroll down and click "Purchases". Find your movie and click the "Refund" button.

On Mobile Website

Scroll to the bottom of the page.Tap the three stacked lines above the “More” section.Tap "Purchases". Find your movie and click the "Refund" button.

On the Mobile App

Tap "More" in the bottom right menu.Tap "Purchases". Find your movie and click the "Refund" button.

Create a Member Account

Creating a member account makes it easier to manage purchases and request refunds.

Sign up with your email and password You'll receive a confirmation email and can easily view or revise tickets.

Refunds for Non-Members

If you purchased without logging in:

Tap the person icon at the top select "Purchases" from the menu.If prompted, sign in or create a password to access your ticket and the refund option.
